Pricing follows the engagement model — fixed fees for defined assessment scopes, session rates for workshops, and quarterly retainers for ongoing reviews. Figures below are starting points in KRW.

What changes the estimate
- Number of critical journeys in scope (beyond seven usually extends the measurement window).
- Access friction — delayed metrics credentials push calendars and can add prep days.
- On-site workshop travel outside the Asan area.
- Bilingual readout materials when both Korean and English stakeholders attend.

These rates are informational. There is no online checkout, subscription toggle, or self-serve seat licence. You request a briefing, we confirm scope, then we send a written estimate before work starts.
Deposits
Assessments and audits typically require a 40% deposit to reserve the measurement window. Workshops are payable in full before the session date unless a purchase-order cycle is agreed in writing.
