These terms apply to use of app-integration.digital and to engagements commissioned from App Integration.
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or commissioning services from App Integration, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
2. Services described
App Integration provides professional application analytics services focused on API integration performance and reliability — including assessments, audits, workshops, and reviews. Descriptions on this site are informational. A separate written estimate or statement of work governs each paid engagement.
3. No online payments
This website does not process payments or checkouts. Fees, deposits, and invoices are arranged offline after scope is confirmed.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials created by App Integration remain our property unless a statement of work assigns deliverables otherwise. You may not copy site content for commercial republication without written consent. Findings packs delivered under an engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate scope information, lawful access to metrics or systems agreed in writing, and timely stakeholder availability for readouts. Delays in access may shift timelines without constituting a breach by App Integration.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, App Integration is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from reliance on recommendations where you choose not to implement them. Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Warranties
Professional services are provided with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant uninterrupted website availability, nor that assessments will identify every possible failure mode in systems outside the agreed scope.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active engagements remain governed by their signed documents unless both parties agree otherwise.
